Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your order. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

We offer a 30-day return policy for non-personalised physical products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@buryprints.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Personalised and custom-made products
• Digital downloads and digital files
• Sale items
• Gift cards

EXCHANGES

As all products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please contact us and we will advise on the available options.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return eligible non-personalised items within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification. This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made products, or digital content supplied after delivery.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
