UK standard delivery is free. Optional Express delivery is £6.99. Physical prints are made to order and normally dispatched in 1–3 working days. UK delivery is usually 1–5 working days after dispatch. Prints arrive unframed.
Eligible non-personalised physical products have a 30-day return policy, subject to the published terms.
What happens after I submit personalisation?
Enter the name, initial or number exactly as you want it printed. We prepare your artwork from the details supplied. Personalised products are made to order and cannot be returned unless damaged, defective or incorrect.
